Add your sources
Paste the URL of a Facebook group or a subreddit. Private groups are read by accounts we operate, not by yours — you never connect a Facebook account to GrapeWire. Professional includes 10 sources, and you can swap any of them from the dashboard whenever a room goes quiet.
Describe what a lead looks like
In plain English: "someone asking for a bookkeeper for a small ecommerce business." Add keywords if you want them, set the minimum score, and test it against a real post before you save.
Get the alert, send the reply
Every new post is read and scored. Anything above your threshold lands in Slack, Discord, email, ntfy, Google Chat, Teams, or your own webhook — with the post, the link, the score, and the reason.

We don't comment for you, on any plan. Group admins ban bots, a canned reply is worth less than a slow human one, and our own Terms of Service rule out automated commenting. The reply is yours to send.
